Self catering in Lincolnshire with local produce

Lincolnshire produces a wonderful range of fresh produce suitable for all tastes and diets. The south of the county is prime arable land growing a wide range of seasonal vegetables with an increasing number of farms turning towards organic production. There are fruit farms producing their own cordials, a wealth of craft breweries, distinctive Lincolnshire cheeses. There are award-winning fresh and cooked meats including rare breed longhorn cattle and game, famous Lincolnshire sausages, pasties and pies. There is even a local Ostrich Farm.
