Self catering fishing breaks near Boston
Many British rod records are broken in Lincolnshire, with over 400 miles of rivers, canals, dykes and brooks, numerous managed lakes and ponds and sea fishing along coast, the County has a great deal to offers anglers. Roach, bream, pike, chub, dace, barbell, rudd and trout regularly inhabit the waterways. The region has some of the best ‘fish filled’ angling venues in the country.
Earlscroft Farm is situated next to the Cowbridge Drain, north of Boston. During the fishing season anglers regulalry catch Bream, Roach, Tench and Pike.
A recent night session, right opposite the holiday cottage, yielded over 100lbs of bream. sweetcorn and worm did the trick.
